Hello friends and family, Some have you have heard the GREAT news and for those of you who haven’t... A few weeks ago I booked a comedic TV pilot called "True Jackson V.P." AKA “Mad Fashion” for Nickelodeon. The taping went great- SUPER FUNNY- the cast had SYNERGY and the exec’s at Nick seemed very optimistic. Well....I have just been informed that the network ordered 20 EPISODES!!! We begin taping the show in September at Paramount Studios- on the same sound stage where "Cheers" and "Fraiser" were filmed. Our show will premiere: "True Jackson, VP" Premiering Saturday Nov.9th @ 8:30 p.m. (right after iCarly) ""True Jackson V.P." is a cross between Devil Wears Prada/Ugly Betty meets BIG. A 14 year old girl named “True Jackson” (KeKe Palmer of "Akeelah and the Bee") is appointed the vice president of youth apparel at “Madigan Design” and begins seriously stepping on the toes of Ms. Amanda Cantwell (ME) - a 30 something executive fashion diva with a degree, a pedigree and one solitary moral code that she lives by: A.C.A.T.T. : "Always Couture All The Time"! Even MORE GREAT NEWS: "NO GREATER LOVE" www.nogreaterlovethemovie.com The feature that I shot in March of this year, "No Greater Love", has just received a Distribution Deal with Carmel Entertainment who co-distributed it's last "faith-based" film "Facing the Giant" with Sony Pictures/Provident Films and Samuel Goldwyn Films, grossing over 40 Million worlwide. "RAISING THE BAR" on TNT: AIR DATE TBD TNT has given the green-light to RAISING THE BAR (working title), the latest series from the mastermind of legal dramas, Emmy-winner Steven Bochco. The series, which stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar (NYPD Blue), Gloria Reuben (ER) and Jane Kaczmarek (Malcolm in the Middle), follows the lives and cases of young lawyers who have been friends since law school, but who now work on opposing sides.
